Kam, the tecnican, diagnosed the problem that multiple tecnicans, over the last 10 years, couldn't do!!!! I now have a fireplace that is finally working...totally amazing! He also was able to diagnose my non working fireplace remote that has also not worked for years. Parts ordered, and will be here soon!! Thanks SO much!! Lynn J

There was another company that came to fix the problem but could not figure it out. I called Climate works and they had the problem rectified immediately. They noticed a few other items that needed attention and completed all repairs at a terrific price. Trust me when I tell you that THESE GUYS ARE TERRIFIC!!!

Scott who sold the job is super professional and creative with the solution needed and the men who did the work were excellent - tidy, polite and extremely diligent with the installation. This is a great company from the office to the technician. They are all professional friendly and easy to deal with. Diana sorted out my contract very pleasant to deal with. Had my furnace checked by Alex , he does a thorough job very knowledgeable, friendly and professional, I never seemed rushed and he answered all my questions. I highly recommend this company.

I have had an incredible experience with Climate Works, from the time they installed our heat pumps to the time they cane to service them and cleaned them. We’ve personally worked with Jeff and Alex, both of them very knowledgeable and responsive. Reasonably priced as well!
